Challenges

Welcome to Fitness Flye! Are you up for the challenge? Every Two weeks we will be uploading challenges to help you overcome your wildest fit goals. Don't forget that in order to be fit first you have to "FLYE" ( First Love Yourself Everyday. Now that we have the easy part out of the way, lets start with some rules

1. In our workouts we never say "Can't" because at Fitness Flye we believe that you can!

2.Don't give up on yourself. If you give up who else will work harder for you?

3. Take a before and after picture so that you can see your results when the challenge is over.

Lastly, we are grateful that you took the time out to get FLYE. We're looking forward to seeing you in the next challenge.
